    ABKJ Lawyers will apply the EOI Fee towards payment of the Deposit under the Sale Contract.

    The EOI deposit is fully refundable any time before a formal contract is entered into, to purchase the Lot.

    The Electronic Transactions Act 2001 (Qld) (Section 11 and 12) requires a person/s to provide consent if they agree to receive information via electronic communication.

    By indicating 'Yes’ below, the Buyer/s consent to receiving electronic communication to the nominated email address specified within this EOI in relation to contractual matters concerning the Property.

    Sale Contract Preparation and Signing

    Contracts will be issued via Docusign or Annature for buyers to sign electronically.
    Each buyer must have a separate email address for the contracts to be issued.

    If the buyer does not sign and return to the seller the signed contract of sale within 5 business days of the buyer receiving a contract of sale from the seller or the seller’s agent then the seller may resist the proposed lot for sale without any further reference to the buyer and any deposit paid (less the EOI Fee) will be refunded to the buyer. This document does not constitute a binding agreement for the sale or purchase of the proposed lot and no legal rights arise between the buyer and the seller in relation to the sale and purchase of the proposed lot until a formal contract of sale has been entered into by the buyer and the seller.
